Beater's Centrifugal Flour Dressing Machine is idea for Gram flour, chemicals, pharmacenticals,
dyes, insecticides, wheat flour etc. where accurate garding, fressing and blending of
powder are necessary. its action is through, but the stoc is at the same carefully treated.
this machine is specially recommended for case where damp and sticky material has to be
throughly dressed and aslo for fine granding for products which are difficult to treat.
Method of working:
The stock dressed enters the machine through a special cast iron iniet, and its thrown by
the blade against the reels and the same item it is led in a spiral path towards the outlets.
the fine particles of flour fall through the covers, whilst the coarser stock issues from the machine at the end of the reel. in addition to that, beacause of their high speed, th blades
create a strong draught at the inner periphery of the reel, thus asisting the dressing process,
the peculiar design of the blades also helps to loosen the stock. thus combined actions effect an extremely through dressing even of moist stock, without the flour or dust evenbecoming specled
